1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The watch must be unused, in original packaging (including box, tags, and manual), and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. Are the watches original or high-quality replicas?
All watches sold at Timelisse are brand new, high-quality timepieces from reputable manufacturers. We do not sell replicas or counterfeits.
6. What type of movement do your watches use?
We offer both Japanese Quartz (highly accurate and low maintenance) and Automatic (self-winding mechanical) movements. The movement type is clearly stated on each product page.
7. Are the watches water resistant?
Yes. Most models are water resistant (3ATM, 5ATM, or 10ATM depending on the style). Please check the product specifications before swimming or diving. Water resistance is not guaranteed if the seals are damaged.
8. How do I adjust the watch strap?
Most metal band watches come with removable links. We include adjustment instructions, or you can visit a local watch shop for professional adjustment (usually inexpensive).
9. Do the watches come with a warranty?
Yes. All Timelisse watches come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
10. What materials are used in your watches?
We use premium materials including 316L stainless steel cases, genuine leather straps, Milanese mesh bands, and high-quality mineral or sapphire crystal glass.
11. Are the watches suitable for everyday wear?
Absolutely. Our watches are designed for daily use with durable construction and comfortable fit.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my watch arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
